The captured likeness of the characters is incredible. I have never seen anybody with the ability to basically paint a movie-poster style palette onto a 3D object before. This is in my top three movie franchises of all time and you have really made it all come to life in this piece.
@@BooshmanLee For a split second I thought you were going to say you were sending it to Paul Huston. That's the guy who sculpted and painted the leap of faith illusion.
I am amazed at how well you have emulated Drew Struzans style so immaculately AND one top of a sculpture no less. I am not one to lightly say things are masterpieces, but this one is! Literally flabbergasted over this piece!
This guy is an amazing artist and sculptor. I don't think I've ever seen someone else as good as this, his work is just unbelievable. And I bet he hasn't had to cut his ear off either.
Massive fan of Indy and Drew Struzan since childhood. Seeing this iconic poster brought to life in 3D nearly brought me to tears. Nostalgia overload. This was masterfully done.
The time, effort, $$$, and love you put into this really shows! Even though you probably lost count on how many times you have heard this, it really does "belong in a museum" for for future generations to enjoy. Craftsmanship at it finest. Thank you for sharing this 🙂
I’ve watched your channel for a while, and I can agree with a lot of people in saying that this is by far one of the most incredibly detailed and amazing things you have made. Well done! 😊
Being a huge Indiana Jones fan, I think this is the most beautiful Indy piece of art I have ever seen. Brought tears to my eyes. Your skills are absolutely amazing. Wow wow wow!!! And.... WOW!
This is the best piece of artwork ive seen in such a long time and your dedication is outstanding. Any art gallery would be proud to show this in the UK
Strewth! That is utterly incredible. Not just a spot-on likeness to the actors but the larger-than-life hues of the original movie poster. Indie's eyes follow you as you move around him. Just brilliant.
Please someone give this artist an award. The attention to detail and talent shown is INSANE!! What does it cost and hours involved to make something on this scale? 😊
My favorite one yet. I've always loved indiana jones, and seeing that you made this makes me happy. I love how you spend your time doing the things that are meant for you. Thank you so much! Also, btw, It looks AMAZING!
I love this concept so much! It looks incredibly cool, the style is bang-on. You chose wisely. Could you make Temple of Doom and Raiders too? It would be awesome to see Short round ❤ and see all 3 posters lined up in order. Also, I'd stop at just those 3 😂😂😂
You are truly a world class artisan. All of your work is so alive and expressive. I grew up in the 80’s and 90’s and I used to love movie poster artwork. Custom hand painted posters and promotional art that made you feel excited about the upcoming films because of course back then you didn’t have the net. In a world that is becoming more and more digital we need art like this. You really did create something great.
That's crazy, as soon as you applied the yellow/orange to the figures, it brought back memories of the poster I had on my wall as a kid. Absolutely stunning final result!❤
This is amazing! And my favourite so far! Please do more like these...spiderman, no way home would look awesome...with all 3 spidermans in this type of 3D diorama! Awesome work, though, man! 👏 👌
This one? *checks notes* 9 years. lol. Definitely not continuously, But the sculpture of Indy is basically the 3rd or 4th likeness bust I ever sculpted. This has been a project I picked up now and again and restarted many, many times.
@@StevenRichter Super thank you for the answer. For me your videos is like terapy. I watch them and get just wow. I have for three years now study to become a nurse, so the videos is great. Also traveled to USA many times and looked behind the sets for film. When i start earning money i will try to buy something that you made. So talented!!
Just like the bridge that Indy couldn't see until he took a leap of faith (and then tossed pebbles onto it). You can't see what's what until the camera rotates. Awesome!
Just scrolling my feed and this caught my eye. WOW man! Its creativity like this that inspires me to get back into art. Id buy this for my movie cave in an instant.
