I love your attention to detail. When you needed to use the scissors to open the tape on the ends of the package, I didn't hear you picking them up or putting them down on a hard surface. I'm willing to bet you had a small cloth to set them on, such as a small dishtowel, to muffle the sound and allow you to record the sculpting toy and wrapper exclusively. Little things like that can make or break an ASMR video.
As no-talk videos go, your production quality is best, bar-none. As someone who works in broadcast media, all that attention to detail is very much appreciated.
for those who keep commenting on the pace in which he opens the package- some people experience asmr from the crinkly sound. as an asmr community we should be respectful of our fellow asmr friends and their likes!
+piper lynnton i think a lot of people click on ASMR videos not knowing what ASMR is, and expecting a 'normal' video.. you tend to see a lot of people questioning why ASMRtists are whispering, why it's taking them so long to do things. especially on tutorials
+piper lynnton Yes, I was getting a massively relaxed and tingly feeling from the sound of the crinkly wrapper but nothing at all from watching the stuff itself once it was out of the package. I want a looped vid of the crinkly noise!
piper lynnton I have no problem with the sounds from the prolonged package opening but I get really frustrated and enraged if it takes too long to open it and I don't know why (it's also the same with my name being called more than one which is unrelated but it gives me the same emotion of hate)
This particular video is very dear to me. A couple years ago, my friend exposed me to ASMR by linking me some a few videos-- this being one of them. At the time, I had never experienced ASMR, and I couldn't understand why the unwrapping process was so prolonged. It wasn't until I heard the sticky foam noises later in the video that I suddenly realized why my friend enjoyed videos like this so much.
+Asmr Vids when i was yonger i had the same sensation when so one would case an item for show and tell and later would pass it around for all to see. I had incredible feeling in me not knowing what it was. Now i can get the same feeling from watching ASMR videos, its amazing that there is an actual thing for this.
This was the first ever asmr video I ever watched around 7 years ago, I still come back to it for the nostalgia years later, idk what i would have done if I never found asmr ❤️
Average viewer: "TAKE OFF THE DAMN WRAPPER ALREADY" ASMR viewer: "Nnhhhhh.... Keep doing the thing with the wrapperzzzzz" I only watch the first 5 minutes. Usually asleep by then anyways.
+Dian San It looks like a huge version of the blue and pink sweets in Basset's Liquorice Allsorts. I always thought they looked great, but I don't like liquorice. :s
***** You got me all wrong. If you have ASMR this stuff is like magic. You don't care that it's unusual because it's massaging the inside of your head.
thank you for this video!! I'll write important exams for my graduation next week but cannot learn that much because I have unfortunately problems with my heart (high pulse). It really upsets me and I can only calm down with ASMR videos, especially this one. so thanks a lot!!
Is it normal that I don't experience these tingling everyone's talking about? I've watched a lot of different ASMR videos but it does nothing for me......
***** for me its the other way around. the soft, slow, careful, accurate, purposeful hand movements are my main trigger. like drawing, brushing, tapping etc.
Xx_D4NK_QUICK_SKOP3R_xX it sounds familiar, but i dont think so, haha. But if it is in America, then it probably just has a different name like the icecream.
+carissa mcdonald They don't care. They just want the profits. In their eyes it's like any other video, and in their defense they would say just go buy RU-vid Red even though that would be ridiculous for just these.
Use adblock! You won't get any add at the start and during the videos ^^ You can also select when do you want to use it (you can disable it to see the ads, it's good sometimes cause if you don't see them, the youtuber can't win money) srry for my bad english! i'm from spain jaja
it is pretty annoying but then you gotta remember the ASMRtists make money off those ads to keep making us videos. but RU-vid could at least do a thing where if the video is quiet then have an ad that's relatable to the video and have a quiet ad. (doubt it'll every happen but it's a thought)
I had never heard of ASMR before until a few months ago and now I specifically pick out videos with zero voices in it and crinkling of packages and such only because it is just so calming to me. This was a wonderful experience, thank you ASMR Vids.
+MissBluey medical Marijuana is generally a lot safer bcs it is less likely to be synthetic or laced with chemicals. It is also grown in a much better enviroment. so essentially the quality is much higer.
+Lollercoaster119 There is no fucking difference, the only difference is that medical marijuana is handed by a doctor and marijuana is handed by anybody or even a fucking doctor! You are unintelligent and you should stop trying to act smart
i watch this video every time i start to have a panic attack and it stops it almost instantly. your videos have helped me deal with so much lately. thank you so much!
I love to comeback to this video sometimes, it was The first one that got me into asmr, thank u so much for leave it here for so long, I hope it stays here for more long time!🖤
I ALWAYS come back to watch this video again. I think floam is super, I would love to find it here, in Italy ^_^ It looks - and sounds - like a very tingly toy! :3 Mewww
I hate the sound of babies crying, so if one cries near me, I batter it into a bloody pulp (that is a reference to another youtuber see if you can guess it)
You're one of the lucky ones. Figure out what your favorite trigger is (whatever sounds or visuals that makes you feel that way) and save some of the videos. You will be able to relax and even fall asleep whenever you want.
Aww you guys are some cuties. I've actually been in the asmr community for a long time. I listen to it every night, but this sensation was different from the tinlges I usually can get. It was more of a heavy pressing sensation than tingles, so I didnt know what to call it
nnatit That is my reaction to ASMR as well. When I first started it was shivers and tingles, but I've been using it for 5 years every night more of less. Now it's a really pleasant throbbing pressure, like the opposite of a headache. Feels like someone has a thumb against my forehead.
i got here by accident but boy, if i were to sit through ASMR vids without breaking something out of boredom and impatience i'd have to watch them at 3x speed. at least :D
Just recently started to get interested in ASMR and I just really like this one for some reason! My favorite noise so far is keyboard typing. The beginning of this video was almost sensual, but in my brain!
