Awesome! I would love to do some of those. Of course it wouldn’t take over any sculpting content- just a way to interact with this community a little more. These sculpting videos take way too long lol.

Glad ur back. Hope recovery going well. I had a quadruple bypass 3mths. I can now walk a mile or 30mins everyday

I love your videos. I know they take forever to make, but they're so well made that it's always a good day when one pops up. Funny, informative, well shot - keep doing what you're doing. 👍 And if some LP-style videos are easier to create, then I'm all here for it as well.

Awesome, thank you! I'm working on more. I thought about starting a new channel, but I don't want to go full on into that type of content, just putting some in here and there since it's relevant to the things I sculpt. I do think it would be fun to maybe even do some gaming streams where I can easily chat with people. I want to get back into doing sculpting streams but I always wind up just talking and not doing any work lol.

Lol! It's just so stupid. Makes me laugh too so, I'm glad it's having that effect on others. I didn't even really realize I was like rubbing the piece down I was mostly just trying to think of what to say. Then when I was editing the video the sound effects made sense to put in lol.

Honestly anything more on the how to's and why's of sculpting would also be great to see in between the actual sculpting videos.

Thank you for the input! I really like the style of videos I made for example, Donkey Kong or Kratos. I plan on doing more in that style for sure. Maybe some smaller videos that breakdown a technique like texturing or raking and smoothing etc... If you have any other ideas, I'm always taking suggestions. A few folks had asked for this on my community tab so I decided to make it.

Yeah, I thought about that but the tolerances were too tight, also just ran out of time. If I did have the time, I would have just molded those little mount pieces and that would have saved a lot of cleanup but once the mask was made, I only had to do one final cleanup to get the shots I needed. There are definitely better ways to do it though. Sometimes it just boils down to time. Also, my brain tends to be fried from all the work and problem solving towards the end of a project so sometimes I just get a little lazy lol.

Haha, of course. Because why use your finger if you have a funny little pointer to use ^ -^ I still find it very cool that you make your tools and apparently even lighting arrangements yourself. "Simple" but effective ^^

😁 Thank you! Yeah it’s just me over here. I wish I could hire some people to help out but I’m not there yet. I’m not even sure what part of the process I would want to hand off- I like doing all of it. From making tools to editing. Maybe someone to make better thumbnails and do all the tags and descriptions etc… That’s probably the part I like least.

What kind of dough do you use?

I'm curious, have you ever melted down clay and poured it into your silicone molds to make castings instead of resin? Just curious if it may work better or harder to work with. Always enjoy your videos and look forward to the next one!

Yeah that can work and has a bunch of different applications. Works great for modifications. It's done a lot in the toy and collectible industry for variant figures- well, it used to be before digital took over. The main thing you have to worry about though is that it will shrink a tiny bit each time you do a pour. It all depends on the situation, but I don't do it often. Mostly, I just do one off sculpts so if I want to mold something, I'll get the final resin casting to keep forever.

Content my bro!!!definitely want to see you waaaay more often man. I contribute, but barely get to see you dude. How about, day in the life, maybe even less edited, whatever…. Your fan base wants to see you let your mind run wild and we will be here for it. Look at David Lemon or even that Ace of Clay weirdo, if they are getting views with that then you for sure will kill the game. No offense to any Ace or Lemon fans, I’m just saying. Thank you! Yeah I was starting to get into a little groove before my surgery. I started filming a Zelda video and then boom, in the hospital. It was a long road back. I knew this latest project was going to take a while too but I was psyched to be a part of it. I'll be posting more frequently for sure. In the meantime, yeah anything you guys would like to see, please let me know. I got this dumb idea in my head that every time I show up on youtube, I better have a masterpiece with me. Makes it pretty tough to be consistent that way lol.
