To be fair, from what I can extrapolate, in this run Javi was probably flirtatous, and travelling alone with someone for years in a high-stress situation that your attracted to with those kind of mixed signals can make you angry. It doesn't make someone hitting you or putting their hands on you right, but the feeling is understandable. It was just expressed inappropriately and disrespectfully. This goes for both men and women. Don't put your hands on people, people. it's just plain not nice.
Thing is, she's being incredibly underhanded about it, not telling her lawfully wedded husband her feelings and trying to hook with his brother, all while David's son is with them the entire time.
Have you ever thought that she's afraid to tell him because he gets mad at her for all kinds of shit all the time? That was shown back in the EP2 flashback
Yes, but think how much she is screwing Javi over by toying with his emotions, and the moment he says no, he's the bad guy for not participating. Plus with Gabe's loud mouth, if he agreed with it, Javi would get the short end of the stick even further. Either way, Kate is likely dead by the end of the episode, so none of it even matters now. So is she not allowed to be disappointed? Javi was the one person she felt she loved and could really trust, but then he denies her love just to stay loyal to his brother who is also her abusive husband. Don't forget that Javi is trying to rescue David and escape with him anyway, so now Javi is basically trapping her back into an abusive relationship. Think about that. Kate is not a thot for trying to escape from an abusive relationship and finding someone else who is right for her. P.S: How Javi reacts to Kate's advances is determinant to your choices.
