They need to bring back the sound proof booths like cod ghost champs

reading the room and the crowds faces is all fair game in my eyes, Crim is just the only one smart enough to pick up on that and use it to his own advantage. that's not cheating, that's called being smart.

In csgo the pros would throw a nade near where they think an enemy was and if they could hear it on the audience speakers they would know someone is close depending on how loud it was

Honestly I never was a scump fan but the fact that he just said what needs to be fixed in order to intensify the gameplay or better the overall gameplay just made me like him more, I don’t even watch CoD anymore I barely play it this just randomly popped up but it makes me happy to hear that he was a competitor himself & now he’s willing to say what needs to be changed or how everything works pretty much.

Easy fix, sound proof booths, tint the windows so players can’t see out and only fans can see in

I have the perfect solution. You have booths like they did back in the day, and install one-way glass and make the booths sound proof. So the audience can still see the players (after all it is part of the experience to view the competitors) but the players can’t see out.

i remember one of the tournaments in ghosts, a team won a round 11 search because he heard the crowd and turned back to the bomb and got the guy diffusing.

This is why betting on eSports will never work.

The fix for that is playing in a block off room … where you can’t see or hear the crowd

they need to do what they did in mlg i think and put the players in sound proof boxes and not let the see the crowd as easily

In CS:GO When they are holding something with AWP the crowd will starting awwww really loud.. massive problem in CS.. Even sound proof booths don't help at that level

I think the issue is the norm for some stupid reason during search is to get really quiet. Every goes shhhhhhhhhh and its like dead silent then when someone start defusing a few people will make a noise. A REAL solution would be to not be quiet during search and like hardpoint and control just be loud as fuck the whole time. Then the players wont have sound queues to go off of.

This is a professional league and they should be providing noise cancelling-molded earbuds for either just noise cancelling or noise cancelling with audio output to help not hear reactions on LAN.

Idk, listen I think having the players able to here the crowd is awesome and important, but I get the integrity of the game part. I think players are missing out if there in sound proof booths and can’t see the fans reacting. I understand this is a league and theses players are playing for tons of money, I think they need to maybe be above the crowd when they play, and they can only see them if they stand up, there needs to be something behind the monitores so players can only see the fans when they stand up, I think that’s a start to the solution i don’t think it fully stops fans giving things away but it would help, i don’t like the idea of sound proof booths and not hearing the crowd at all I think the energy of the crowd and hearing it is a massive perk of being a pro, it’s the same as feeling the energy from fans at a football game or hockey game, the fans don’t interfere enough in call of duty for me to justify them having sound proof booths a lot of the time players are not defusing in a 1 on 1 it does not happen often

I don’t even consider this to be cheating to be honest. There’s no rule saying you can’t do this so how can it be deliberately breaking the rules? Just a smart way to use your environment and all available information from your surroundings.
