SD Gundam Generation World (PSP) - Custom Challenge [13] B01 ルビコン計画 

The first of the B series starts with a reenactment of the fight between Bernie and Christina from War in the Pocket. You need to defeat Christina with Bernie in 3 turns to complete the Challenge Mission, which is fairly easy with all those exploding Dummy Balloons around. That said, there's always a small chance to fail as even an attack with the Heat Axe is only 83% to hit. I was also sweating for a bit as I was worried that Bernie would get killed by the Secret enemies. Otherwise a pretty easy mission which I wasted some time on just trying to spread experience and keep my Ace Points score high.
Our part unlock this time is 東方不敗流トレースシステム (Touhou Fuhai Type Trace System), which gives the pilot +10 Melee. I buy a round of Abilities for our level 10 characters, though I reload as I bought one of the wrong Abilities for the leader type units (威風 which is for ship captains vs 威圧 which grants bonuses to hitting and landing critical hits on targets of a certain disposition). That said, this might have been a slightly sub optimal decision. You only have 5 Ability slots and if you're trying to max out your characters, one of them will be used up temporarily for 刻苦 (-10 to all stats except Charisma and +10% EN costs, but +10% on all experience gained for both unit and pilot as well as score earned, which can be raised up to +60%). This is mostly for late/postgame grind and you'll erase this anyway once you hit L99 unless you want to do score farming, which is only meaningful until you're strong enough to do the Hell Road stage. But that's getting ahead of myself.
I also evolve the ZZ into a Full Armour ZZ. The rest of the evolves are still a bit away, with the closest being the Strike Rouge to the Akatsuki. I spent time messing around offscreen as well and it seems I can unlock S Gundam by having both Shenlong Gundam and the Akatsuki, and I can get the Shenlong Gundam by trading my L2 Z Gundam with a Battery equipped. I'll give this a try once I actually have the Akatsuki unlocked. If it works, it'll save me the trouble of going through the Full Armour ZZ into FAZZ into S Gundam evolution chain.
