It is good to have this discussion but my question is do we SDA's keep the commandments ourselves? Do we think that attending church or worshipping on Saturday is keeping the commandments?
VERY GOOD QUESTION. NO, it is ALL the 10(TEN) Commandments, that Our LORD God wants us to keep, and even the Sabbath, we have to observe it, has He has instructed us in Isaiah 58.

Satan is the accuser of the brethren (Rev 12:10). But he can be overcome by the blood of Jesus (verse 11). You need the whole armor of God (Eph 6:10-17). Memorize word for word verse by verse. James 4:7-10 - "Submit yourselves therefore to God. Resist the devil, and he will flee from you. Draw nigh to God, and he will draw nigh to you. You may need to visit a psychiatrist. The description you give seems real auditory hallucinations. I psychiatrist can give real help and of course not neglecting prayer for the greatest psychiatrist is God.
Hebrews 4:9-10 9 There remains therefore a rest for the people of God. 10 For he who has entered His rest has himself also ceased from his works as God did from His. Look up the word rest that is used in this verse in the Strong's concordance. The word is Sabatismo. Aka. Sabbath.
I thank Our LORD God for the TRUTH, but I want to correct only this, the mark will be IN and not ON. "To receive a mark IN their right hand, or IN their foreheads:" (Revelation 13:16). The same is also in Revelation 14:9. IN, because the mark is not something visible.

I'm pretty sure it wasn't necessary for him to use the names of the top man among the Sadducees the Pharisees... Or the high priest... Or their educated scribes that he spoke to face-to-face... In public... And judging from the context of the scripture.. he had no need to know the names of the people behind the tables he overturned at the temple. Are any of the men that he struck with the whip.. that he made. When calling out false teaching today. Some still do not. I'm not trinitarian because I read my Bible for myself and no one told me how to understand it but the Holy Spirit. It is clear the Son serves the Father. When they are one, it is in purpose. The Holy Spirit is not a person but the Spirit of God which seals, heals and helps us stay in union with the Father.

I believe the controversy lies with faulty interpretation. The prophecy mentioned in the first 4 minutes has already come to pass!... One would think it would be common knowledge the Roman Church mandated worship on the first day of the week... In the 4th century!! And continues!...

Ted Wilson has the same theology as the Catholic church of Faith plus Works for salvation. Ted Wilson has no credibility for what he is saying. The Adventists in West Samoa keep Sunday Ted and you approved it . The way this happened is the Samoan government decided to align with the Australian week for trade and to do this they left out one Wednesday on one week making the seventh day of that week and every following week fall on Sunday. Sunday in west Samoa is now celebrated as the common day of worship between all Christians
@@changesnlatitudes What is strange about my comment because they listen to the pope and you listen to EGW. They created Sunday worship so you say and you resurrected the Saturday/Sabbath worship. They invented doctrines and you invented doctrine as well. If they go against the Pope they are in trouble and when sda question EGW risks being excommunicated. They have loads of symbols around their church you have symbols of your own.
@@sledge387A very wise person once said, if you honestly want to know what is truth, with prayer and supplication, read and fervently study each church beliefs without prejudice and then make your conclusion and even go to the churches. I will say in regards to EGW, she is a messenger and if you read the Bible, God has always appointed a messenger/prophet to lead and guide his people. It's really unfair to criticize things you don't understand.
@@peggywilkins1358 It is also unfair to assume that I'm not aware of what transpires within the adventist church and how the church has elevated the role of EGW to be similar to prophets in the bible yet she wrote no bible. I know a lot about your church may be more than you think you know. Explain the obelisk on EGW's gravesite. Explain the masonic language found in her writings. Explain the audacity she had of saying that the "scapegoat typified Satan" yet the bible is clear on all the offerings made for sin were to be without blemishes and if this was the case how does Satan become a scapegoat because this would mean that he is without blemishes???? What about 1844 that seeks to undermine the work that Jesus completed at the cross. She wrote at lot of heresies that you and the church are doing your best to try and defend. She is the one who said the Sabbath will be a test of loyalty in the end of time and that the Sabbath is a seal of God now why would God use an old covenant seal on the new covenant????
@@sledge387 I thought I was sharing good advice someone shared with me, but I see you have preconceived ideas about this messenger of God. All of the knowledge you think you have about EGW still shows your lack of understanding her message. And, you are correct, she did not write the Bible, and their are many people in the Bible that guided God's people that did not write the Bible but she is in their just the same in Revelations. Please check out some of the teachings on Revelations about the Spirit of Prophesy.

I'm an SDA, but I don't see any good reasons for us to keep attacking the Catholics when we're all the same, when we follow their doctrines. 1. Catholics praise Mary, SDA praise EG White. 2. Catholics reintroduced tithing, SDA. preach tithing heavily. 3. Catholics teach salvation by works, SDA teach salvation by sabbath observance (works). 4. SDA call themselves the only true church, Catholics do likewise. 5. SDA label Catholic church a beast, SDA has a special seat at the Vatican city. Stop making this useless noise my brother, no church is better than the other.
I would just like to say as a SDA it was very strange to hear your thoughts on this matter. I was wondering have you ever been to a Daniel and Revelation seminar or had any in-depth teaching on this?
@peggywilkins1358 Well, the book of Daniel has nothing to do with the Roman catholic church if you read and study it soberly. I've been to those seminars but after a careful study of Daniel I discovered that sister White misinterpreted the 8th chapter of this book and that has been our problem for a very long time. 1. The investigative judgment is a misinterpretation. 2. The 2300 years is wrong, it's actually 2300 literal days. 3. The abomination of desolation in chapter 8 was fulfilled by the selucids not Rome. And in Revelation the mark of the beast is not sunday and the beast is not Vatican, the book was written during the reign of Emperor Nero to the 7 churches in Asia minor, SDA and the catholic churches were not there.

I've been to those seminars but that doesn't stop anybody from studying the Bible on their own as I did, EG White books are full of errors and even lies. Look at the Great controversy and early writings, they don't teach biblical truth, but we're coerced into believing these lies, and I know you're now offended by my comments.

@@Qty7777 Both Revelation chpts 13 & 14 were totally fulfilled in the first Century and do not have any direct relevance to the 21st Century or beyond. The Beast out of the Sea is a Combo of both the Pagan Roman Empire and the Beast Nero Caesar who is the 666. The Beast out of the Earth is Israel and it's Apostate Judaism which was represented by Old Jerusalem and it's Temple. 😊
