I'm going to say something about zero hunger that's controversial I was once slim and then my thyroid stopped working yes, there are medication but if you eat many vegetables or grains the meds don't work I'm now overweight I have the metabolism of a 2 year old now matter how overweight I get I'm now to heavy to run which I loved I've osteoporosis I believe it would be extremely difficult to starve to death especially if that food was brocoli it stops several organs function including kidneys I even have to restrict water intake so I doubt I will starve to death my intake was even as low as 300 calories as day. I lost nothing as one of the bad vegetables was in it only 2 vegetables OK for hypothyroidism. Starving to death in my case is impossible.
