Will try to cover PR domain in future videos Vicky. If you are new to SDTM standards, PR is an intervention domain like CM. So, most the variables discussed in CM are applicable for PR as well (just replace CM with PR).
in some cases, protocols may specify to check if a subject took a specific predefined list of medications or not.. such medications are called prespecified medications..
In simple terms, the overall duration of a clinical trial is split into distinct periods of time. Each of these periods has a specific purpose. Like screening a subject, treating a subject, follow-up a subject after treatment completion. These periods of time are called epochs.
I was eagerly waiting for new video. Sir I have question: can understand it like to overcome the AE the medication we take comes under CM or any medication apart from study drug we take after starting the study comes under CM.
Any medications taken (including those for AE) will be included in CM. Medications collected in CM can include the medications taken prior to study start and those taken while on study as well.. Study drug information will be captured in EC/EX domains.
