Id like to buy the pk Kramer 27.5. Just to cruise around. But idk @ 1k. Recently bought a Roland jammer polished and looks and feels great. But always wanted a ripper since the late 80s. Got a great deal on the jammer @$500 with upgrades and near new condition
I just bought the big flyer frame forks new seat and and stem it was a stolen recovery the frame is aluminum in the process of stripping it down was thinking about making it just the aluminum polished look anybody got a good idea what rims I should get for it ?
you should atleast shoot for some anodized rims, my friend bought a big flyer, and the rims that came with those were painted, and the paint has already came off from where the brakes make contact with the rim. ive had this bike for 4 years and they’ve been perfectly fine👍
buying used bikes online is a tough situation. first, if the bike is under 500 dollars, theres probably something wrong with it, i would focus on looking at the frame for scratches, and seeing how much life the tires have left, the rest you cant really figure out with pictures🤷♂️good luck tho!
if you meet up, see if you can ride the bike around to see if any rims are bent, if the bottom braket squeaks/creaks and see how the bike feels in general
