The Mount Osmond road ( at about 2:31) was in error called Devil's Elbow , the next on and off ramp in where the tight bend was ,and where the Mount Barker road to Eagle on the Hill can be accessed. also there is still a 500 metre section of the Mount Barker Road from the intersection of Portrush,Cross and Glen Osmond Roads to past the Mira Monte , evidence of that is the Start Freeway sign and the Mount Barker Road sign attached to the traffic lights, there is also a End Freeway Sign just before Mira Monte if coming down towards city.
@@Highbury5089 at 2:37 you can see the sign "Mt Osmond Exit" , at 2:52 you can see a sign "Eagle on the hill exit 400 metres" If you have a UBD street directory maps 131 and 132 show Mt Osmond road and Devils Elbow are separate by about one kilemette
@@timcox7673 Tim You are correct. The M1 is named the Mt Barker Road from the Intersection with the A17, A1 and A3.for around 300 m It changes name to South East Freeway. where Freeway meaning a limited access roadway and perhaps meaning there are no tolls being collected from users of the road. At the "historic" Devil;'s elbow in the Mr Barker Road naming resumes on the old road and stops at the Crest just below Crafers. Mr Barker Road then disappears and resumes on the other side of Crafers. It would be easier if they just numbered the Off Ramps.
