Raise a glass for CPR. They may be gone now, but they didn't go out quietly. They sallied forth into the jaws of death; dying for what they believed in. That alone demands respect. You will be remembered. You were certainly those who dared. Godspeed CPR.
This brought me to tears. Not just sadness, but this episode was beautiful. I poured my heart into the CPR, and it was hard to let go. Farewell, CPR. May your legacy burn on.
My condolesces and respect to the CPR folks. They outlived many predictions, and stood proud to the end. May your struggle move others, and someday, a good life comes to the pioneer system's folks.
that voice mail message brought tears to me, reminded me of when I watched other war films that have frontline troops send their last message to their loved ones, makes me feel like Im the one whos receiving the message before they die FOR THE REPUBLIC!!!
I put the better part of two years of my life into CPR, and it is truly said to have had to face this final end. We fought, turn after turn, coming back and doing our best, putting in our all. CPR will always be my home, and while the ending may be tragic I would never change the choice to join for anything, the comradery, friendships, and memories I made in CPR will stay with me forever. So, for the last time, FOR THE REPUBLIC!!! - CPRN Fleet Admiral Chloe, pilot of the light cruiser Atlanta "Kingsbay", out.
To the very end, a drink to CPR and their fallen breathen. BTW, im surprised that the Oil's Revenge is still active. I thought they would've converted her to a CH
Rest Easy CPR, you fought until the very end, and at you went down with a roar and not a whimper, we'll have a drink out of respect for the one hell of a last Stand you made.
There goes my third favorite faction 😢 They went down fighting hard they held in the supremacy war no matter how much they lossed they were ALL IN. Long live the republic!!
Good fight CPR, its a tough time especially now surviving in pioneer so well done for lasting so long. Long live the republic, and from an out of game point of view, dont lose touch with the friends you made even if it was a bitter end.
So how democratically did the CPR operate? They obviously were a democracy in the fluff, but did it have any effect on how they operated as a faction of players?
a, frankly, annoying amount of backend that literally no one every got access to outside of the faction. It was a lot of work to earn the "Pioneers only Democracy' title.
GetBrocked 2 questions 1 are the CPR are the good guys or not really and 2 what is your plan to bring back the and rebuild the EFN back to life and to find what left of high command and make a plan to reclaim earth and the sol system????
Factions are generally niether good, nor bad, the only really evil faction was KE and I guess in a way first fleet can be considered evil. As for earth im pretty sure efn is wiped out in sol in all but gage rolling around on the apenglow
Holy Fury looks so different, it looks beefy, also seems like PCC pilots are some of the best in the system, no offence to CPR but if your facing Shipbreaker squadron...well I doubt even a fat eternity will do much
Was probably one of the best cinematic battles yet to be honest, both sides put on one hell of a show. That being said CPR didnt really stand a chance. CPRs pilots were not nearly as skilled as the battle hardened PXC/RR pilots. They put up a good last stand though, and it was really fun to watch.
