I've watched thousands of videos on RU-vid and many mostly cooking videos, but Bruno tops them all in sheer production masterpiece. It's like every video is a mini movie with his Comic Antics, Pro Cooking and Masterful Narration. I just can't stop being mesmerized watching his videos and laughing my ass off all at the same time with his cinematic antics. A shooting Pepper Mill (LMAO)...... only Bruno would think of that and make it all look cool within the video. Bravo Sir, Bravo!

ah...la bouillabaisse! came out great! I did/had to make some changes...first, the pernod...not around in the stores close by and probably expensive....did use ouzo instead. the fish...well...was rather like your stone-fish and I did puree the veggies before adding the fish parts and still we had to be careful with bones. last, I did not bother to whip up some mayo for the rouille and used organic spelt for the foccacia but everything was just great!! not for everyday...but you got fine recipes!

I totally love the dish :) Although its a little bit hard to catch since your instruction is a bit too fast. :D btw what kind of fish should I use if I dont have the fish in the video? ( Im thinking of Salmon or Grouper )

Not gonna lie, the cutscenes make me cringe a bit simply due to the fact that I don't know how else to react. The cooking portions are absolutely fabulous and I'm horribly jealous how perfect everything you make comes out.

Bruno is probably reading the instructions from a piece of paper and that's why he sounds like a French Terminator sometimes :) But I have to say that his videos have improved A LOT over the time. The latest ones are somehow addictive to watch :D
