Much better than the so called newly constructed flats. Spacious and probably the best decision of their lives to convert it into a 3 bhk from 4bhk making the rooms look more spacious. Windy and view too good. Really an awesome flat, only downside to it is the price which is out of reach for majority of Indians🤣🤣. But great house and very detailed intro given by you...👍👍👍
There are some stuff I don’t like about Indian homes and that is the usage of marble everywhere. And this also is the same problem with Pakistan houses too. Too much of marble and I hate it. Lovely house though.
For 3 crore you can buy sea facing bunglow with 6 bedrooms in Kerala and yes the beaches here are blue and clear water unlike the diseased water there. The last time I went into the beach in Bombay all I got was a terrible skin rash.
If we have one jhopdi in mumbai it worth much more then bunglow in kerala...I don't like karela I don't like Kerala...I am Mumba kur nothing like Amchi Mumbai...😎
@@surendrabisht6527 Useless for me Mumbai will sink within 5 Years due to sea level rise. All Property rates in Mumbai have already fallen to -60% so, technically this flat is worth 3 crores or less 😂
