absolutely love this one . and as an architect i can say this apartment is far more better than other so called luxury apartments . a lot of natural light and ventilation make this apartment more beautiful.

that video is utter bullshit lmao that particular wall is made like that so that you can take it down while remodelling easily without risking the whole building collapsing. Other walls aren't like that. my father has a rental house in that particular Lodha and while remodelling, he had that wall knocked down.

This ONE wall is always like this, in my Maker Towers apartment, in my DB construction apartment, and also in my Burj Noida apartment. This is so that we can easily knock the wall down without having to do much work.
if you can afford such amount of money, better to move any EU country with lot of infrastructure and can buy a good villa and monthly pension from your deposit.

the problem with mumbai is you may stay in the most expensive neigbourhood in the country but the moment you look out the balcony all you see is slum. disparity between the rich and poor is appalling in this city.

@Livefree just because nowadays slum people are living there doens't make any difference to property at all. If you're living in Mumbai and if you really think to buy this property, believe me, you'll think of ten years ahead and to be very honest I don't think after ten years it'll be called a slum area. An apartment with such a beauty will never stands with it. I'm damn sure they'll find a solution and be very cautious in mind when we are talking about the buyer of this property, the person who'll buy this one has nothing to do with slums, he'll never ever give a damn with slums. But I'd still argue that the views from my 4BHK apartment in Oberoi Esquire and the amenities provided by OGC are leagues better. Also, the fact that I had to shell less than a quarter of the asking price quoted by 81 Aureate makes me wonder, is it even a deal worth considering?
