Ahoy there ship mates! Join Trev and friends Stan and Carl for some SEA FISHING FROM A BOAT and see the vast variety of species pulled from the ocean in such a short time!
For ages Stan, Carl and myself have discussed getting out for a session of Sea Fishing from a boat, and so we finally booked it - Mackerel Fishing from Brixham, setting up just off of Berry Head (which incidentally, I walked with Stan way back when ( • 14-mile coastal Hike -... ) . However, its not just Mackerel on the menu, as along with the other gents onboard the vessel, we pulled a HUGE VARIETY of marine species from the ocean, including WHITING, COD, SQUID, SEA BASS and RED GURNARDS!
Stan and myself have spent quite a lot of time virtual fishing together in the Metaverse, meeting up from the comfort of our own homes via the OCULUS QUEST VR HEADSET (amzn.to/3gbcAwZ) but it only served to whet our appetite for the real thing.
Our friend Carl also mentioned that he would love to try fishing too, and as he and I have spent many years together quoting our favourite film JAWS, it seemed like he was meant to join us too.
