Sea Fishing Scotland - Estuary Fishing for Flounder at Night - Lots of Fish in a Short Session

Back at the Estuary this week. Caught lots of mostly small Flounder and lots of other little fish. The highlight was the new species for me, the Rockling.
Also included a few clips of last weeks trip to Greenock, not the most successful day but nice to check out some new locations. Some days the fish just aren’t biting but I’ll definitely go back and try again at some point.

I fish both those areas in greenock alot, its not the best time of year to fish it to be fair summer time can be very good, that wee fish that you caught was a 5 bearded rockling, great videos keep it up.👍

Fish Belhaven often seem to catch better sized flounder on mackeral small Turbot sometimes Enjoy the vids keep them comming

I think it’s a 5 bearded rocking rather than a three bearded rockling 🎣👍

Some days the fish just aren’t biting. I’ll definitely go back at some point, both looked like good spots. It’s was freezing too so being able to watch the rods from the car is great.
