Sea monsters on river tackle!! Fishing for large ocean Garrick (Leervis) using light spinning rods. 

Large shoals of big sea Garrick (Leervis) begin their journey swimming North with the sardines towards the spawning grounds. Using ultra light river spinning tackle we manage to hook up with a few of these good size 'sea monsters' which can't resist the bucktail jigs cast at them. These clean fighting silver slabs push the light tackle to the limit.
