4 months ago I was at a depressing state in my life. I have just moved into university and got very pessimistic over my future. And I was eating unhealthily too. You, Gennaro and Jamie Oliver changed my life. I don't know how it happened, but when I saw your videos I wanted to cook passionately too. I got so excited thinking about what to cook everyday, and I started grating my own cheese (would never have done that if not for Food Tube). Thank you, Gennaro and Jamie, my life is much more meaningful ever since I've come across this wonderful Food Tube. And I now cook for my friends as a sign of love too :)

Stephanie Foong Really happy that you found passion and inspiration. The good thing when coocking is that for that momment nothing more matters, sure there will be bills to pay and finals to study for, but there are more in life than just that. Showing other how importart they are to you is just priceless

Gennaro is always there when we need him - whether we know we need him or not. I love this man like my father or grandfather. It's amazing. He embodies all of the Italian in me. All the connections I have to and how I think of my Italian heritage, its in his every word. Hes caring, he loves his home, he loves his food, and I truly believe he loves all of us. Thank the Lord above for Gennaro.

Yes, you are absolutely right; baking demands so much accuracy... but cooking is freedom.... Actually, I hate baking right now. I really don't know why I feel like that, but I just hate baking. There is something with the way he prepare the ingredients. The way he slices those mushrooms is so graceful, the speed behind slicing the onions. So much passion behind it. He's really a wonder.

Oh my god, those tomatoes are BEAUTIFUL. Their color is exceptional ! Why I cannot find that pretty tomatoes around here ? All the ones I can find in shop, are hard, green inside, and absolutely tasteless...

my friend or whatever u are just try to plant ur own tomatoes - their much better and u dont have to do that much for it - and why u dont find em in your local store - because they plant em for money and not for lovely meals :D cheers or a glass of water - whatever u like - peace

the same here, the cherry tomatoes in panama are quite bitter, they are not sweet like ive tried in other countries....
