Tbf, the reason why they didn’t announce bug fixes is since these were the headline features of the season. As said in the announcement, more is to come. I think it’s kinda gonna be like how the colored rowboats were in a separate announcement than these ones were. We r def getting more content but that’ll be announced in the future.
I'm probably going to use safer seas for those days where i just feel like fishing or want to explore the islands more thoroughly. I've been playing since the first anniversary and never spend enough time exploring due to the threat of other players. Only stay on islands long enough to complete the objective, then jump on my sloop and get outta there as fast as possible.
I like the safer seas idea, it seems like they did a good job of balancing it. I’m just scared that there will only be pvp sweat lords in high seas now, like when arena got taken down they were all let lose into the seas. Well me and my friends can def sink a lot of them idk if I want to be dealing with it all the time now. But ig we’ll just have to see how it goes, hopefully I’ll be wrong
I don't expect ALL sweats as some heavy duty pve players still want all the stuff, but it will free up space from all the people who log in just to look at cosmetics, so I expect less of the "random boat doing nothing" people
Feels like a lot of the success for Season 10 will be on what else they announce as this teaser video didn't actually show very much. Like the rowboats hopefully there are many small changes and fixes
