Glad to hear we could help! Yeah, this Shrine is not very straightforward. You have to know how to open each section of the Shrine to read all five journals.
I went through 2 other walkthroughs that did that. It was in no way a walkthrough at all. Then I found this one and he did the full walkthrough without saying a word
If anyone is wondering how to get everything. A mermaid will appear at the top of the water with purple smoke above her head. You can interact with her and get everything. I say you should move your ship closer and use the harpoon so it doesn't take as long.
I love these guides, me and my friend were stuck on the crab level and just got through all the other ones with sheer luck, then I found this guide and we completed the shrine within seconds. sad that we didn't get all the journals :(

No, the Shrine shouldn't reset that quickly. The statues were designed so you could quickly leave and check on your boat if you need to and then head back.
If you have the glitch where all the doors are shown already shown open make sure you jump over the invisible barrier when you open a door. Also on ps5
I have a question. When I went outside of the shrine, I was going back to the surface and the chest I holding I accidentally dropped and it just disappeared. Does it float back to the surface or it went to the bottom of the ocean?
If you are far away enough from the Shrine, the treasure should float straight to the top and be floating on the water. If you were too close to the Shrine, the treasure should stay right where you let it go. The Shrines and Treasuries have a sort of gravity about them where treasure dropped next to them will prevent it from floating up.

I even checked the floor of the ocean cuz I have a trash internet and could do that. Also a question. Can you just spam the shrines? Like Just float the loot back to the surface and I can do it immediately? Or do I need that coral bottle with a message in it?
Hey quick question I beat the whole puzzle and the final treasure door didn’t open even after I beat the puzzle. Is this a glitch? I feel like I just wasted thirty minutes for nothing.
Instructions unclear the last door where you get that golden chest didn’t open up for me, I followed all the other steps and opened all the other doors idk what I did wrong
It sounds like you missed a brazier. Check which of the animal totems are not lit in the circular room before the final loot room to see which one isn't lit. That will tell you which section you are missing a brazier.
You must have missed one of the braziers. You can look around at each of the animal pillars in the room before the treasure to see which one isn't lit. Which ever animal pillar isn't lit is the chamber where you are missing a brazier.
The huge door in the main room? Or the room we show with the treasure at the end? If the latter, you must be missing a brazier. Check which animal statue isn’t lit and that’s the room missing a brazier.
You can collect the treasure you store in the statue from a mermaid up above. Go back to your ship and as long as you are above the Shrine, in the swirling lights, a mermaid with a purple plume of smoke will appear. Interact with it to get your treasure.

@@RareThief the last door, i want it for the commondation for the adventure ( there is a book in there) and i do everything, and i have done it 3 times and every time the last door with the anvient tribute chest dosnt open
Look at the four animal pillars in the room before the last treasure room. If any of the pillars are not lit, you are missing a torch in that area. So if the Turtle pillar isn’t lit, you need to find the torch in the Turtle hall you missed.
@@RareThief I am so oblivious I was looking at the wrong door I was looking at the flame one and not the one behind the waterfall I did not see it I am so sorry I wanted to see it all as a new thing I took a long brake from the game and I have not done a sea shrine yet so my bad thing wrong
So after you put your treasure in the statue, go back up to your ship and a mermaid with purple smoke will appear above the Shrine. Interact with that mermaid to get the treasure you stored in the Shrine.
