@@adventurefishinguk yeh glasgow angling centre.. the fishing is superb aswell mafriend.. all my local river's have huge brwn trout n salmon.. few rainbows aswell.. but yeh mafriend great vid ill stay TUNED.. if u dnt mind MUCH did tht set up cost ya?? Is cracking sping rod n reel🎣🎣

It’s a 5cm black and gold rapala mate, the floating version doesn’t run too deep but there’s a sinking version as well I like to use

@@adventurefishinguk Cool, i think i'll give one a bash for some salmon/seatrout. Usually just use the long cast mepps to get down nice and deep for them. tight lines!

I've blanked once on there but most of the time i get at least one or two. I keep it from sinking too deep by retrieving quite fast and keeping the rod tip quite high up, but usually i have a good idea of how deep it is where i'm fishing and can fish accordingly. That said, I do lose quite a few lures its relatively unavoidable!

I don’t personally eat fish and believe in catch and release for migratory trout but I’ve heard the people that do eat them think sea trout is delicious!

@@adventurefishinguk ive an old book it says "the wildest, the best, the bravest of fishes and however hes dressed the most danity of dishes" they do make excellent fish for the table but its been years since i ate one, in northern ireland its law theyve to be returned

Judging on the fact that I tend to get most of my fish when i'm wearing crocs rather than wellies i'd say they are rather fond of the smell!

One sniff and they give themselves up ?
