Do you know how much taxes are in Sardinia? I live off of my disability rent. I’m also trying to figure out how immigration is in Sardinia as a Swiss and US citizen. I would love to by a small house with sea views and have a budget of 350k EUR max. Idk if I can buy a small house with that?

Given the smaller size of these properties, do you think they would be good investments to rent out as vacation rentals on Airbnb or similar sites? They seem perfectly sized and geographically located for vacation rentals.
My opinion is that these properties are more for lifestyle rather than investment. Even in August peak season for the apartments shown in Castelsardo you are unlikely to get much more than 50 euros a night. Of course you could live here for part of the year and then rent for the months of July/August where it can be for many too hot.

Most of these properties are very good value for the money. Not too many markets left where you're going to get sea view like these for very affordable prices.
