I'm using PC. If I buy this game on steam am I able to play online with skilled players?

Yes! Steam players have access to all normal tribes and multiplayer. Matchmaking is then based on skill level (ELO rating)

You tell that Polaris and Aquarion are the strongest in late game. And why not Elyrion? They have dragons, and if they have vision, they are almost unstoppable! If I'm wrong, tell me, where, i just don't understand

Elyrion is definitely up there, but dragons are usually not plentiful in 1v1 matches. Also, they are costly and take a long time. Polaris can spam their speedy knights, ice archers and ice fortresses. Aquarion can still spam tridentions in the late game and they are a pain to deal with. In a normal 1v1 Elyrion needs to be faster than these tribes to win, which it often can! You'll get some Ely gameplay soon :)

@@MrBlueberryCheesecake Well, I love Archipelago(I just don't need defenders, only catapults and vision), but strategy with defenders should work on any type. I just wait for enemy to run out of stars and crush them with my dragon army
