Ulises (the big one with the bent fin) actually seems to be a "helper" whale for the younger males. it's common to see younger males "playing" together, to figure out how their bodies work. Ulises has been seen mating with Ikaika, Keet, Nakai (the other whale in this video) and probably other males that have been in and out of the park.
Damn, they just turned my boy out like that? I saw him when I was young and remember the smaller whales all seemed to dominate him. I haven't been able to locate the pictures from the trip so I can't say if they were female or smaller males but I remember they seemed to treat him different then the others and I felt for him that's the only reason I remember the name.

it does happen in the wild. there's just almost no footage of it because of how difficult it is to find and film. in captivity, it's a lot easier to find and film, because the whales are always in the same spot. it's common for younger males to mate with older males to try and figure out HOW to mate. Ulises is the older male in this video, and he's had many younger males mate with him. it's also common for male dolphins who are unable to mate to hook up, and mate with each other. this is actually quite rare in captivity, but exceedingly common in the wild.
They're called killer whales because they can kill any kind of whale that can be 20 million times their size because they work as a pod, or group... get your facts right. lol.
