I have always wanted to stay there. Also, we were planning on staying there on the night of our wedding but that got canceled due to Covid so we had a smaller wedding somewhere else did not stay there😔
@@BrentWeldon I was born and raised in California but moved to Colorado when I was 19 and have been here every since. But I miss the ocean bad. I watch many videos on YT that show the California coast, (that's how I found your video here). I could almost smell the salt water in the air watching your video. I wish I could drive PCH from Seal Beach to Dana Point one last time. To me, California is still the most beautiful place on Earth. 🤙
I remember as a kid the waves broke up to pier top and we would run down the top of the pier and wait until the next big set and jump over the rail so we wouldn't have to swim out thru it. 1960.
In the 60's, summertime had some pretty consistent big swells coming in at Seal. Great, fun times, lots and lots of pretty high school girls in bikinis. I remember a few bodysurfers next to the pier cutting left and smacking into the pier, and having to be dragged out of the water bleeding.
