Glad to know you enjoyed 50 likes. For me it was not totally successful but got a little more life out of the ball. Some people are screaming "fake" I wonder on what evidence, never mind, because those who were successful with it do know it's not a fake and has some logic behind it. However people should realise that it may not work with every ball and every puncture situations. Good luck if it fixes it, and if it does not try something else or buy a new ball.
Is it going to stay sealed for ever like after kicking the ball is it going to take all the pressure, cause i wanna use that for my AMERICAN FOOTBALL i mean like that ball is ganna be hammered 🏈 (is it going to hold for ever ?)
normally this method of egg especially works with any ball with inner tube because the stickiness of the egg or sealant seals the tube against the inner surface of the ball.
What if the leaks were different sizes in the soccer balls. I have a few soccer balls that leak but I'm hesitant to put egg whites in them. How does it hold up to use?
smaller puncture obviously are good to repair. The mechanism would be the leak of egg white which is a sticky fluid from puncture and seals it off against inner side of the ball. For bigger ones it should work the same way but may not be that effective
It worked form me overnight. I injected the egg white, inflated the ball, bounced the ball, and it's holding air. I guess that means it worked immediately and for all I know the egg white is continuing to dry? Eggs are cheap, so if your ball isn't holding air, I'd try injecting another egg white.
The egg white method is working for me. I injected the egg white, inflated the ball, and bounced the ball a few times. I have yet had to inflate the ball again.
