The Hollow Knight, the Sealed Vessel, is a heart-piercing tragedy. A being born solely to contain a plague, only to succumb to that it was to seal. To capture the intense emotion of this battle, we decided to swap the intensity of the two sections of the battle: Beginning with the gentle, stinging pain of the failed knight, then invoking the blazing wrath of that imprisoned. We call this: "Nail to the Heart"

I love the percussion. Percussion is my jam. It adds a sense of intensity and depth to the piano and strings. The orchestra vibes are solid and pleasing. Closing your eyes you can picture this being played in an orchestra hall!
