Can you get some assistance, at the very least some advice from Ocean Conservation Namibia? They have a huge RU-vid channel based solely on filming how they rescue entangled seals from pollution such as fishing nets, wires and thousands of other things that fishermen and humans have thrown into the ocean. If you haven't spoken to them you really must. I would think they would tell your story to help you get the visibility needed.

Yes, Ocean Conservation were an inspiration for getting this channel going. They indeed have a huge following. We actually delve way deeper into the seal world than they do, you will see as the series unfolds.
