Bought this mattress today! I was originally looking at the Purple, convinced I was going to buy one. After trying a couple different brands in store this Sealy Silver Chill Plush is by far the most comfortable mattress I've ever laid on! If you're currently in the market for a new mattress, go to your nearest mattress store and give it a try. I ended up with the Queen Sealy Silver Chill Plush Hybrid for $1,999, and got a free rising platform. Hope this helped someone out there!
I bought this mattress today. Wow, I was totally sold after I laid on it. It's suuuuuper comfortable! I was shocked. Can't wait to use this for many great night sleeps!
Visited a couple mattress stores today and laid on many different hybrids. This one was the winner hands down. A bit over what I was planning to spend, but after laying on it, I may have to up the budget.
@@arentz00 it's a pile of garbage you are better off spending another 2 grand and getting a serta or something. You sleep 1/3rd of your life dont skimp out and buy this rock hard mattress. In the store it was so soft it was like heaven but after I got one and took it home it's just hard and squishy it's hard to describe how awful this mattress is. It's hard but soft firm but squishy it's also extremely heavy I had to hire someone to help me move it upstairs because my wife simply couldn't lift it at all.
Can you recommend a mattress protector that would work with these chill type beds? I would think once you put something like that on, you'd negate the cooling factor of the material on the bed. I want to use one as I want the mattress to be protected..
(EDiT: just noticed this was made about the SILVER chill plush bed not the gold haha) I really really don’t understand these “comfort” ratings people give. Because to me this mattress was the squishiest/softest one in the entire store. You sunk in way more than even the purple 4. I am 5”4 130 pounds and I’m personally looking for the softest bed. But the plush gold chill in the queen was the one I sat on and it was the softest to me even over all 30 of them on the floor they had to offer. What the crap you talking about a “6” on the firm to soft scale. Doesn’t make sense.
The main reason why cooling technology is added to a mattress is because memory foam tends to sleep warm. They add the cooling technology to combat that, and keep you at the optimal sleeping temperature.
I've had one 4 weeks now and it's hard as a rock I feel like I'm sleeping on a piece of plywood with eggshell padding on it. I highly suggest not buying this mattress. Also having sex on it is like fucking in quick sand.
@@SkywalkerLiva loll! I'm more fit than 90% of americans I have an excellent high protein vegan diet and this mattress is a pile of shit. Fuck Sealy buy a serta. Edit: I am 6"0 220 lb's solid muscle. The mattress is shit. Whatever they had in store was not this mattress this mattress is hard and makes your whole body hurt fuck it.
Does it make your back hurt still? I tried it in store and it was amazing but I've had mine 4 weeks and it's hard as a rock and I simply cannot get comfortable enough to sleep on it. Me and my wife have both been sleeping on our couch for the past few days as it hurts all my joints. The top layer is soft and squishy but the springs make it hard as a rock it does not cradle your body in anyway shape or form.
