Went to see Sean the night before starting secondary school in 92 with my mate Sean. Hilarious show. R.I.P

Been watching old funny stuff cos of Corona lockdown, was watching old Buzzcocks compilations, then thought I'd search for Sean's Show, wasnt expecting to find it, so I was so happy to find these. I remember watching this when i was at high school, mainly cos i fancied Sean, thanks to him, i developed a penchant for people who have a slightly crooked tooth, I've always thought it was cute on people, only now I realise I can trace it back to Sean Hughes 🖤

Sean's Show was THE programme I watched when I was doing my gcse exams all those years ago!!! I can't believe these are all on here!!!

gutted Sean is gone, followed, supported and loved him all my life.

So long, Sean. It's a real kick in the soul to see you go, but immeasurable thanks for the many, many laughs.

Great to see this again. I was 20 first time round. It's still strange, unsettling, and very funny.

Wow, thanks for putting these up, I've been looking for these for years. One of my all time favourites. Bought series 1 and can't count the number of times I have searched for series 2, was thinking of sending you a begging letter to see if you still had them. Good man yourself for putting them up! As a proud owner of Sean's book I sincerely thank you, however as a failing PhD candidate I should blame you for yet another wasted evening. Swings and roundabouts.

I remember singing the theme tune with my friends and replaying sketches at school. You're sorely missed Sean. x

Always loved this. Always fancied Sean, even though he was so much older than me. This episode is a total gem! Pulp, Bea Arthur & Sean... What more do you need! RIP you handsome genius.

I used to watch this every week. God knows why. A good mate of mine looked exactly like Sean Hughes. He could've got a job as a look a like but he was far too shy to do anything about it plus Sean wasn't that famous.Every pub we went in he was asked by people if he was Sean. Happy days.

God I can remember watching this such a lot and Never mind the Buzzcocks there was Dangerous Davies later on and early on in stand up. I think. but am not sure now ,wasn't he in some of Vic Reeves shows back in the nineties and on the Word Sean in my opinion, was a wonderful comedic actor and writer and great bloke all round can't believe he is dead and at 51! RIP to a very talented free thinking Irish actor, writer and comedian

This was so much funnier than a lot of 'alternative' stuff that followed, you know the ones who thought that swearing every sentence was a real hoot. Seemed like someone you could have a laugh with and would not think himself superior to you because he was a name.
