i am also a highland dancer and i have been off for about 2 year with a ankle injury and next month i am sopposed to do my first competition Xx keeps dancing well done x

As they said it takes a lot of leg and arm muscle.Arms because you have to keep your arms in place well you are dancing.Legs because your legs are the most important part of highland dance.
