I have query sir - multiple products eg ; eyeliner , mascara, in one column there Sales are also given in another column with names of salesperson & in the date column its in calender year format , so through drop down for year 2004, 2005 ,2006 how will will populate the sales of each product by each person ? Hi Amit you need to use filter Formula and not filterxml...as of now filter Formula is only available in office 365..
