Harrison Bakery has/had good ones. Not sure if they're still around since I've been gone for 5 years. Edit: 0:25. I guess they are still around. That's great.
Hamstroughts bakery was the first and original for Half Moons, the vanilla and chocolate frosting is perfect any others are copycats that don't compare
Sorry, no. Their frostings are too oily and have a tad too much chocolate aroma to their taste. The cookie itself is chewy and nothing else. Holland Farms' cookies had the classic cake like texture and taste between their frosting and cookie.
