Searching the Northern Shore for Off-Grid Land | Someday Series Episode 2 

We're continuing our search for a place to start our homestead. This video we head to the Northern Shore in Newfoundland, in search of land.
First we visit Spaniards Bay, to look at a 6 acre plot of land, for $60,000. My mistake was not finding out if it was in a municipality first. I learned something to ask next time before visiting a property.
We also go to see a 6 acre lot, fully treed near South River. Also listed for $60,000. We end up finding 4 different plots for sale by the same owner on this road. Ranging from $50,000- $60,000. We really liked the last one we visited, could this be the one? This would be a huge project for us, the last lot is mostly cleared, with no amenities. Just what we wanted. We woukld need to put in a well, solar, theres a lot to think about!
