Laura basically taught me how to cook and this dish was where I started, honestly... I had no cooking experience at the time, but this meal is so fool proof! I swear by this dish and it has become my go-to dish over the past 2 years! I'm a college student and, being pressed for time and money, it is hard to find a recipe that suits me. Saving on ingredients means that I can up the spending for the salmon and the veggies really fill out the dish. The combination of cheap veggies and omega and Vitamin D stuffed salmon leaves you full and is very healthy. Thank you, Laura for being the cooking mamma that I never had!
It's so cool that you know about the enormous and crucial to good health benefits of Vitamin D and Omega - 3. These are the most important nutrients to immune response health.
hi my name is JJ and I am 9 I made this dish for my family it was a huge success they all loved it and I love watching your cooking stuff on video we have a wonderful time me and my mom cooking your stuff and everybody loves the dishes that I make.
marie kr your kidding me right? That has to be the most ignorant response I've ever read. I've been cooking 8+ years and I can tell you that 9 years old is old enough to learn how to cook. The younger you are the faster you learn
For all the people who say Laura talks too much, you all need to check yourselves. Obviously that's just the way she talks, I'm not trying to intimidate you all, but stop watching her videos if she talks so much. I mean, what do you expect she's teaching you how to cook. Cooking is one of the most challenging things that there is and if you can't appreciate her trying to help you, then whatever. I'm just saying!😊
AG2003 Agreed. I think she is very nice and really has a passion for wanting to teach people good food. People that criticize her are just trolls with no lives.
+AG2003 I don't know. Ultimately it's all about the recipe, and if you got a lame duck recipe, no matter how much talking you do it can't make a lame duck recipe any better. But, I do agree that during her talk, she does give some good tips.
I love how you used the Sauteed Spinach and Mushrooms in this recipe. And, the Seared Salmon was just perfect; I did hear the crunch of the seared outside! Great video! --Betty :)
You are the BEST chief on RU-vid!!!!!💕 Keep talking us through your recipes, it's really helpful. I love your interaction with us, especially when you taste your food at the end of each meal cooked...I love when you do that it's really authentic. And because of that you got yourself a new subscriber!!😀👍🏿 Love your cooking channel Laura Vitale!♥️💯
Laura I made this tonight & it was so good. My hubby enjoyed it, who is a pain when it comes to veggies. I am tired of making it the same way, because that's the way my hubby likes it. I'm so happy I cooked it /W/ spinach & mushrooms. This is a favorite way now. Thanks
I really like the simplicity. It is just the main feature of your videos. Simple ingredients and short video covering only most important steps. Keep up the good work!
Laura I am from a small island called Sri Lanka I love your recipes and you are pretty too I have tried out most of your stuff and it's awesome keep up the good work god bless you🌹
I love your recipes, the way you describe what to do, the fact that you taste the food at the end. You are such a delight. I have made LOTS of your dishes and they are always PRIMO!!!
Laura, this dish turned out so well. I have always just went out for tasty salmon but now I can cook it in the comfort of my own home. You are so gifted.
Came out perfect like always love ur vids I left out the mushrooms cuz i dont like them and tomatoes cuz i didnt have any but dam it came out so good !!
Definitely going to be trying this recipe! I will also be leaving out the mushrooms and tomatoes because I am allergic to mushrooms and I don't like cooked tomatoes. I bet a bit of lemon on the fish would be good also. :)
Tried this for dinner today and it was such a hit. Even my 1 year old enjoyed it. I didn’t have balsamic vinegar but we drizzled some lime over it and it was so good. I pared it with some quinoa. Thank you Laura!!!!!
I just tried this without tomatoes and balsamic vinegar, but it was still super flavorful and so, so easy! I can't believe I ever thought cooking was hard, you taught me how to cook, Laura! Thank you!
for the people who say Laura talks too much, give me one chef on the youtube who doesn't talk too much, and look at the awkwardness they have while cooking in front of the camera LOL .. have you seen Gordon Ramsey or Jamie Oliver cooking in silence ? hell no, they have to tell you what to do + tell you tips + tell you what it taste like or what this will do to the dish what That will do to the dish and so on !. its so wrong to just say . put it in the skillet and wait 4 mins ... take out and eat. WTF !.. GO READ A RECIPE .. DONT WATCH A VIDEO THEN
I like my salmon raw, fresh out of the river. If I have to cook it, 1/4 cook should be sufficient. Salmon meat are meant to be eat raw. Fully cook is too dry. Everytime I see a fully cook salmon at a buffet, to me it's a waste of the fish meat.
LOVE IT! I made this recipe tonight for dinner and it was honestly one of the best dishes I've made at home. And the veggies give you that comfort of knowing you ate something healthy and good for you! Great recipe, added to my favorites!🥰
It wasn't burned you imbeciles. It was fried seared in order to give it a crispy coating. It's about preference. You can get crispy coating without drying inside of salmon.
I was looking for a quick restaurant-quality meal to prepare for my family during the quarantine. Thank you for always coming thru with delicious, simple meals. Made it with a side of risotto.
The best "cooking with" channel I've seen yet! Lively and clearly spoken host with easy to follow steps. Will give this meal a shot tomorrow, you also got your self a new subscriber.
I cannot wait to try this! Nice and easy, simple, delicious and nutritious! A great summer meal too. Thanks for sharing!!! Oh, and keep talking, Laura! Never mind HATERS!!!! Keep posting, Hun!
Laura, I made this for my friend tonight for her birthday and we loved it! The spinach mixture was delicious and the salmon was the best I ever made! She remarked how crispy and delicious it was! Just like you said it would be! Thank you so much for this awesome recipe!
