so exciting and people having to criticize something so they start on the music. even on exciting topIc like this and ok my CAPS is stuckp/Intermittant SORRY but im COMMENTING anyway its incredibly EXCITING topIc and video and p/;role STASRT on THE music HAVE the resect OF just remaining quiet AND enjoying THE video or POSSIBLE even thanking the POSTER for THIS its JUST automatic TO criticize and I USED to do this occasionally so I know p/lease REMEMBER this:IF YOU DONT HAVE SOMETHING NICE TO SAY DONT SAY ANYTHING AT ALL. August 1983 - September 1984 I was a Full Performance Level ATCS at TMB ATCT. Then the airport handled 100 operation hours routinely.

Very nice having an unobstructed view out front with the pusher prop. Looks like it would never get old being able to explore land and water landing areas and mingle with boaters. Seems to be more of a true airplane for serious pilots vs the Icon A5.

do buzzing rules not apply to seaplanes? I fly a bonanza and would love to fly one of these, or build myself one. Power lines would also be a major concern to me if flying a river. I guess you better be familiar with your environment. looks like tons of fun though.

Russell Lowry . Yes it is extremely wise and responsible to know your surrounding area and all its obstacles and possibilities. Over-the-water there's really no minimum altitude requirements, (especially when aerial photography or media filming conducted ), you are expected to use proper discretion / judgment and not literally land on someone's head. Always keep in mind others perception. You're supposed to stay 500 feet above and away from the boats except when Landing, considering to land, or in any Landing configuration.( the day this video was taken there was a 5 different water Landings actually conducted and executed), The standard rules do apply Overland though. Except when Landing in a lake or any body of water that is either seaplane approved or motorized buy boats. Once the plane touches or is on the water it is no longer considered a plane it is under the rules of being a boat with certain exceptions like flares and life jackets and certain things boats need that you really don't need to have on the plane but there would be recommended. With just north of 2300 seaplane hours and approaching 4000 water Landings I can tell you from the bottom of my heart it has never gotten old as of yet especially in a SeaRey. Your possibilities are virtually endless in one lifetime. I'm glad you enjoyed this viv. happy holidays and many safe happy Landings in your future... I believe Air Yachts have advantages over sea yachts. Besides, their Faster if you want to get to sea yachts and bikini land...fishing and such.
