Always a sucker for punishment I decide to hang around Crosby & try again in the afternoon . I not known for my love of shooting in harsh light & gale force winds but I gave it my best shot ( no pun intended ) , and I'm so glad I did .
Whilst making a sharp image was proving incredibly difficult due to the winds & the fact I had my tripod in the water as the tide was coming in , I'm incredibly happy with one image in particular . It took some editing to achieve the final look BUT that's what this project is about , pushing myself out of my comfort zone in Photoshop & learning as I go . The images may not be to everyones taste & a couple of them are just me playing around with processing to see if I could create a final image I was happy with ....being totally honest , there's only 1 I really love & the rest are a bit Meh 😊
A big thanks to Derek Mac for sending in his wonderful Portrait image , as said in the video , off camera flash is akin to black magic for me so O'm always in awe of anyone who masters it .
