My husband loves crab cakes. But the few tines he has tried to make them, they would end up oil pits. I'll have him try this way (and a litte dab of butter). Thank you!

Oh thank you so much!! Yes, I've had that trouble in the past but a hot enough pan and less oil/dab of butter helps!! Hope you enjoy! 🥰🦀
