Yes, I know I missed two mini Krugs. I generally end the timer on my clears when I reach level 4, and it's mostly down to luck anyway if you can get all the mini Krugs with the last Q hits.
Make sure to delay kiting the Blue buff out of range or it will reset. If you delay it like I do it's 100% consistent, same with the Gromp not resetting.
Even though after the micropatch buffs you can finish Blue side around 3 seconds faster, the rest of the clear ends up being slightly less than 3 seconds faster since you're partially gated by the Q cooldown, especially in the latter half of the clear. Someone better than me at clearing might be able to figure out a better path that doesn't get gated by cooldowns though.
