I've been eating this everyday for awhile, I had muscle spasm, but this has plenty of vitamin D & this Sardine healed it & it's got plenty of protein & healthy fatty acids 💪😤👏

Use the oil to stir fry some veggies, and eat it with rice as a whole meal. Sardines are so good for you and they have low mercury content so you can eat them a lot. Wild Planet lightly smoked are my favorite sardines .. so far.

If you like a splash of vinegar on sardines you’ll love a splash of pepperocini juice from a jar of whole or chopped pepperocinis. Got that acidity with a little kick!

You just made my mouth water! I LOVE pepperoncini and I can't believe I didn't think of this on my own! My first thought went to the anchovies I reviewed... I think that would make a great combo as well. Thanks for the idea and thanks for the comment! ru-vid.com/video/%D0%B2%D0%B8%D0%B4%D0%B5%D0%BE-uWWmAbS_qlk.html

I prefer the skin and bones on sardines. I usually mash them on the skillet anyway and the bones are watery and bendable/breakable, I don't see why people don't like them. My Costco has a promotion where they sell 6 for $7.49 and that's a better deal than the 12 for $22 on Amazon. It's too good of a deal to turn down honestly, I'll have to bulk on them today.

@@KeithTube I tried it because anchovies are a secret ingredient when making pasta sauce, even if you hate them. Sardines are much more noticeable depending on the quantity, but using a small amount in a batch of pasta can definitely add flavor and nutrition.

I never had Sardines before so I bought a 6-pack from Costco, the same one on this video. I loved them! At the time of this posting Costco has them on sale for $6.99 for the 6-pack with a per-visit limit of 10 packs (or 60 cans @ $1.16 each.. no food tax in my state). I bought a number of them on different visits so I now have over 270 cans which will last me thru November, 2024, the Best By date. I should be able to eat 1 can every 4 days. This is great for the KETO diet and they are filling and very nutritious.

Can only do the skinless and boneless. Can't stand the bones and skin. So far Season brand is my favorite. I like their sardines in olive oil and mackerel in olive oil. The mackerel tastes like the sardines and cheaper priced. I believe the sardines are better for you with less mercury. I like your idea of making a sardine patty with those. Also, sometimes there is a very small bone making it 99.99% boneless which doesn't bother me.
@KeithTube

So glad you are enjoying sardines and mackerel. Sardines are very healthy for you even if you can't take the skin and bones. Bones never bother me, but the skin can be a bit much sometimes. Maybe later you can get used to skin and bones! Especially if you make them into a patty. Thank you so much for taking the time to comment Heather; I really appreciate it!

@KeithTube
@KeithTube 4 года назад
I can and I did, so... I said I didn't like it, I didn't say I didn't do it. Plus it's important to find a good mask and this was early on and I was just using whatever I could get my hands on and it was a bad fit. Because of allergies I used to have to wear masks while mowing the yard, pushing a lawn mower for hours in the 90 plus southern heat. Doesn't mean I liked it.
