Nice podcast. Firstly all kudos to Muzzamil that he all the times invites learned and valuable speakers to make his audience more rewared. Secondly, hats off to Mr Salim Ghauri for being aggressively optimistic and motivated. The last 15 minutes of this podcast were full of best advises from Mr Salim; which we as nation in a dire need right now. Lastly, I'll request Muzzamil to revive his optimistic stance again which we used to watch an year ago 😊👍
The host is very mature and calm while the guest had an emotional reaction. I don't dislike salim ghauri but if I were the host I would have instantly started laying down facts and destroyed all his childish little moment right there. He was lucky he had a host who chose to diffuse the situation and let him have his little rant that held no weight whatsoever
Every person has his own opinion and disagreement continues and shapes society but the way Salim Gauri bluntly disagreed was not good at all. This was the first time I listened to him but at least he put a negative impression on me. Salute to Muzamil bhai for staying calm at that time. Stay blessed.
Indeed. I wonder how he would behave with his subordinates and team in the office environment. Clear lack of respect for the opponent and it shows he don’t accept disagreements and difference of opinion.
Very impressive talk and enthusiasm of Mr Saleem Gauri Sb. Others should follow his aptitude and approach to IT industry in Pakistan. Well done Ghairi Sb and I would ask to establish a University of its kind for the future generations to come.
Netsol is on my radar since 2005. Saleem sb was very enthusiastic, and he has translated those ideas into reality. Well done. Very appreciable. However, Netsol's stock is not performing as well, as other companies like SYS and AVN. Besides this, they are not announcing the dividends as much as they should have. At least they are earning millions of dollars. They should think about...
What a podcast. Literally heard it in one go . His journey really has it's results. His vision is results of his absolute observations. The way he gets emotional really show that how pure he is for the industry, for Pakistan . Much more power to you Sir
Muzamil Bahi, I just saw the complete Recent Podcast of Yours with Sir Salim Ghauri, and that point where He was just you know little bit angry with you, that way you handle and keep calm and move on to the next questions is tremendous. I am also the kind of person to remains calm when someone bluntly disagrees with me. I know what you have done for us. We are your regular listener and viewer of all Podcasts from Day 1. Every single Video made us more productive for the betterment of ourselves and the country. Yes, I agree with Sir Salim's point of view as well about the Hiring and Firing of Employees Policy as well. Actually, they don't know much about you., He didn't watch all your Previous Episodes of TBT. If He does watch all of your Profile, then he surely, and I mean no one gonna say this. Because we know what's the intent behind your every question. And at the end, as You say to every honourable Guest of yours that "Thanks for Your Service To the Nation." I wanna say the same to You "Thanks For Your Utmost and Prestigious Time for our Nation for making and Broadcasting such Valuable Content." Regards, Adnan Hassan A Pakistani Citizen & TBT Supporter --- P.S: One Day, InshaAllah, I'll be Your Guest, waiting... LinkedIn.com/in/AdnanHassan1995
Its your second podcast I didn’t skip a second of it. Although I disagree with some of his terminologies but one thing for sure is that Salim Ghauri is really an inspiration. Muzammil you are doing a great job as well. Keep it up
I came back here after so so long time, then you have 15k subscribers (am also one of them) and now you got more than 2lacs subscribers ....waqae yar Dil say Khushi horhi hai and you proved this that consistency leads you to success
Excellent podcast, a true inspiration for the younger generations. And Muzamil try to be an optimist after that argument. Amazing talk. See you in the next one
He is very true. I am sitting in Toronto and I see Pakistani crying in most of there podcast in all departments and accusing themselves rather talking positive. We need to motivate for the better.
excellent choice of questions, flow of conversation and choice of guests throughout. Your audience is bound to expand with such precision and consistency. Keep it up man and keep em coming.
What an amazing and inspiring personality Mr. Salim Ghauri, he is the Bill Gates of Pakistan, and thanks Muzamil bhai for inviting him, and sorry for the 'scolding'.👍 Pakistan will survive this crisis, and we will rise InshAllah ❤❤
Great Pod, Mr Salim is a very well established man and I am happy that he shared his story with us. However, I have a little objection, guests should try to speak in the language in which they have fluency. Mr salim is a very educated man and I acknowledge it but his spoken english was a bit hard to understand. To make the pods understandable to a larger audience based mainly in the subcontinent I assume, Muzammil you can maybe ask the guests to talk in our national language. Anyways that's my opinion, no disrespect to Mr Salim, he is definitely one of the most revolutionary minds of Pakistan.
Muzammil overall it was a phenomenal podcast. I request you to invite OMAR RASOOL PAS,DG CIVIL SERVICE ACADEMY, LAHORE. Grade 22 Professor taimoor rehman invited him at lums. So plz invite him as soon as possible. He is a very interactive bureaucrat.
No doubt this salim ghauri is very humble and kind man but sad reality, he is a businessman not an IT engineer or computer scientist that's why netsol is just an IT export company. We have best talent in field of IT But our engineers don't want to leave their comfort zone by working on fiverr or Upwork because they don't see any future of IT in Pakistan. These entrepreneurs should support and help financially to the engineers and help them to launch new ideas in IT market.
Saleem sahb is absolutely right. We need to stop crying. Use your brain select Right people in elections give them time and meanwhile you should strive to achieve individual legacy against all the odds. Time to look forward guys.
One of the biggest tech companies owners in Pakistan had degree in non tech background but for their company requirement is degree must " Pakistani IT industry can never generate 100 billion due to degree holder programmers"
1:00:20 IS THE MOST IMPORTANT MESSAGE IF YOU WANT TO TAKE. India never highlights its own weaknesses. On the other hand Pakistanis love to discuss this on Public. This is part of Indian Chanakya strategy which says "always protect your reputation" I read a book written in the 70s where one American told the same thing to the Pakistani Military officer that you Pakistanis spread your bad deeds. I think this is something for us to learn from Indians.
World is not fool, SG said if we are doing $2 billion as a nation in It exports tell the world we are doing $20 billion. If we take his words then Pakistan would be having a budget surplus and plenty of dollars in Pakistan. So don’t get fooled by emotional outbursts and sentiments.
@@Randolf_Wisenberg Yes the world is not a fool, but here is talking about how to present yourself. E.g. everyone knows Pakistan is in an economic turmoil. A wise man would tell outsiders that everything is ok while also realizing deep down that he needs to work hard to change his fortunes. A dumb Pakistani, on the other hand, starts liking anti-Pakistani comments made by Indians and protests on the streets screaming that Indian generals are better than Pakistani ones purely because his god was kicked out of the Prime Minister's office. This self-deprecating khatmal will not change the habits that were responsible for the mess he's in, but will delude himself that airing the dirty laundry in the public will magically solve all his problems.
One can doubt this company would help Pakistan because of the structure of the company you have now converted by reverse merger through having a Parent company in USA. You have prepared a contingency plan for yourself, when things go wrong just wind it up and leave. But considering till to date, it has borne more fruits than any harm, so kudos and hoping for the exponential growth in future for NETSOL and Pakistan.
I can clearly saw muzammil bhai nervous on Sir Salim's reaction @1:00 about training and students in Pakistan.😂 But its fine baray dant b dete hain kabi kabi.
No. Thats not fine. Salim was disrespectful and behaved like an ill mannered person. Have some decency and etiquettes when you have difference of opinion.
Don't like his Chinese developers for Chinese software approach and US company owning Pakistani subsidiary, but it is his company, so his choices. Pakistani nationalism only kicks in when egos are hurt, but goes missing when actual talent and economic development is required.
@@AhsanNadeem its a company providing software solutions and their growth in past years is really impressive, i can say that its one of the leading company in software.
Great podcasts this season, and brilliant list of guests.... On this one, I enjoyed and learned a lot from Salim sahb, I think The host kind of lost the grip and tempy and went into wrapping it up earlier then he thought, when Salim sahb got emotional and upset on point NOT HAVING ENOUGH RESOURCES.... just my 2 cents, I think Muzamil did a great job but first time saw him like that.
A great podcast. Amazing journey of his and contribution to the industry. Totally unnecessary outburst in the end though. Muzamil took it gracefully, could have countered him for that long rant imo. Well Done 👍 overall
