That is one pretty rig. I love the profile with the raised main chamber and hipped roof.

I used to light mine with only wood like that but once I started putting a little charcoal under it it gets going so much easier.

Love the design of this. Tons of room let still is not a massive profile. They say look for a man with a beard because that takes patience to grow. Find someone manning a smoker for hours. That is patience.
