Great video! My only criticism would be that you open and leave the doors open way too long. The longer they are open, the more the smoker has to work to get back up to temp! Open it up to add wood, and shut that thing back down! You can dramatically reduce a cook time by simply managing this, otherwise, great video!!!
That’s a nice looking piece of salmon you got there! But all I keep hearing is Al Bundy in my head saying, “No fish will ever touch my grill.” 🤦🏾♂️🤷🏾♂️🤣
Greetings! I enjoyed watching your video. QUESTIONS: 1) How much did you pay for this beautiful rig? 2) Have you ever towed it, and how does it handle on the road?
I'm late to this video, but thought I'd share. I ran 72 biscuits on my 24 x 42 RF Shirley, 24 per shelf, and the results were damn near identical. Good looking rig you have there.
Bruh You did the dang thang again. I have to try this on the Old Country that I picked up while waiting on my Shirley. I was glad to hear you say the butter went through the shells. Definitely gotta do this.
Mannnn you did that! Such an easy tutorial for how to make the best crab legs ever!! The way you made them really gets the delicious flavor all the way through!
