Join PSBC's own Shelly Yu, Neuro Physiotherapist, in a 3-week exercise series, which will be fully seated and moderately-paced. The exercise circuit will focus on producing big movements, challenging coordination, and increasing aerobic output.
No equipment is needed for the class other than a chair to sit in, preferably without armrests.

Please note: Participation in the exercise program will be done at your own risk within your home. Please ensure you have the space needed to follow the exercises and that there are no obstacles or barriers in your way.

Hi Huda! Any chairs that are sturdy and won't topple over as you twist/turn in the chair will be safe to do exercise on. Ideally, a chair without arm rests so you have lots of room to move.
