The Cardinal Union Building will unite Seattle Academy's Upper and Middle Schools on the 12th Avenue Block. Cardinal Union will create 65,000+ square feet of engaging learning spaces making room for dynamic curricular innovations, community-building interactions, and school-wide efficiencies including more time on task for students.
Construction for Cardinal Union is slated to begin in March of 2017 and is expected to be completed for the start of the school year in September 2018.
