when it's spring in seattle it's truly SPRING in seattle. this was such a perfect weekend, moving my body, eating good, spending time with friends, and enjoying the weatherrrrr. the sun just always brings out the best of me and saturday was exactly one of those days. yoga has been feeling so good recently I really want to stick to listening to my body when it comes to movement so I ended up doing yoga both days but two very different classes. sunday was a slow, simple, restful reset day getting ready for the week ahead.
