Absolutely fantastic pick!! Gave me some vibes of getting Lucas in the 3rd a couple years ago. Not exactly like Lucas value, but a "little bit"

Best RG in the last few drafts. Fantastic pickup. Only player I wish we could have gotten was Junior Colson, but our 2nd went to Big Cat, so can’t be big mad

Brandon could you release a video explaining the difference between right and left guard as a position? For tackles it's more obvious, but I don't understand why a right guard can't easily transition to left guard.

RG are usually more mauler type players. These are your 6'4 320 lbs kinds guys like Anthony Bradford. These are usually your biggest olineman. They are usually better run blockers compared to pass blockers due to their size aswell. LG are used to pull a lot in schemes because they are more agile and athletic. I would compare it to your left and right brain. They are both classified as the same thing but work and preform completely different from eachother.

So lucky to get this guy at 81. He shouldn’t have been there.

His size is similar to Larry Allen (not that he'll be one of the greatest guards ever, but size-wise...similar). Granted, Allen held the BP record for years, if memory serves

It's important to know that the NFL measurement of hand size is pretty specific to holding and throwing a football. If you're not aware, picture a straight line and then flex your hand as wide and far across that line as possible with your thumb being one end of your hand and your pinky the other. Due to having wide palms, I have large hands on this particular scale, and can grip an NFL football naturally. However, I can't palm an NBA basketball due to stubby fingers. I'm not sure this has anything, either way, to do with Christian's job of using accurate hand placement and inflicting force upon opponents. it's likely he has extremely strong hands watching the way he plays which I think would be way more important than hand size.

If you read Chip Kelly’s comments on Anthony Bradford you should recognize that Seattle has acquired big, nasty, multi positional Guards, their movement skills on tape prove it. Our Guards can play Center or become NFL Centers! Olu is a good passing Game Center that needs to improve is efforts in the running game. All of our Guards will eventually play both Guard spots! Schneider hinted that this OL is going to be together a very long time! When your team is always losing & often down a lot Bettor teams are going to blitz & blitz to get Stats! 2 years ago UConn was the Worst team in College Football!

Byron and Haynes were the only good picks this draft

@@kringefest Sorry bro but our coaches are experts in the CFB talent pool especially the offensive players! Grubb & Huff have known these players since Middle School!

Really wanted Dominick Puni (LG) at 81 and he went 5 picks later to SF. But, I still think this was a great pick and trust JS and Ryan Grubb to evaluate offensive line talent better than me.

It's a great time to be a fan, they hired someone that has done a great job and for now we can just assume they know what they're doing. Until they prove otherwise.

Fantastic pick in the third round. Reminds me of Lucas, hopefully without the knee
