Seattle Seahawks vs. Los Angeles Chargers | 2022 Week 7 Game Highlights 

As a Hawks fan, after the pre-season I thought Geno deserved a chance to start but I thought we would be seeing Lock come in around week 5 because he couldn't really put Points on the board in the pre-season... Now look where we are at!

What's in the water at Seattle? Wilson leaves and his powers are gone, while Geno starts to play and he is making into conversation for MVP.

Everybody forgets the criticism he got years past. I need to be reminded. Imma go look up what some of what they said , so I can enjoy and laugh. Geno is playing great right now. Didn’t see it coming and that’s the best part.

Nobody is talking about Geno Smith. The attention is on Russel Wilson.

Well said my friend. I live in NYC and I remember when the New York sports media was killing Geno on a daily basis. He was the but of many jokes. To be fair, Geno did struggle during his time on the Jets and Giants, but it's obvious he's been putting the work in to perfect his craft.

Absolutely. I came into this year thinking it was gonna be a long season especially on offense that probably resulted in Pete Carrol getting fired. But right now were rising faster than anyone and are coming together on both sides of the football giving off some of those 2012 vibes in the process. If we keep this up Carroll should win COY or at least be considered for it.

We won't see Mr. Penny until next year. He seems to be accident prone. Not sure if he will last much longer in the NFL. He's missed a couple years playing since we've had him due to injuries and now this.

I really think noone is going credit to Marquise Goodwin who I personally would choose as my player of the game

@@thepowerofmyth Yeah 💯 this season everything that could go right for us is going right for us except the Metcalf injury but noone is giving any love to Marquise or Ryan Neal who both had great games or even the run blocking which was amazing with even Dallas getting some good runs

Defense completely did their job when they hold a good RB to around 50 yards rushing, and create 2 TOs. If not for the pitch fumble and the safety, Seattle wins by a lot more points.

I was at Qualcomm back to back years where the Hawks rallied from double digits down in both to win on Rian Lindell field goals (their last win in SD/LA up to yesterday), this would have been even better--Hawks up double digits from Quise's second on and never let go. Hell only thing would have been even better would be if we'd have played them at the soccer field in the regular season

@Big Bob Yeah but Marquise Goodwin had 2 tds as well and Marquise had critical tds. Walker's 2nd td came from running through a demoralised Charger's defense. If you watch the full game you'll see that we won because of our defense and the inability of the Chargers to establish their offense. Deadass as a Seattle fan this was the first game where I went into the 3rd quarter expecting a win because our defense was playing so well btw I'm talking about the full game and not the highlights so you might be confused

@@Robert-sx9mm chiefs have the toughest projected schedule in the league and are still 5-2 right now. not to mention they were supposed to be the “worst” in the division going into the season since the “chiefs haven’t gotten better this offseason but everyone else in their division has” prediction that so many critics had. it’s not luck it’s a better team and better coaching.

@@brysonb1930 it is luck. None of the other teams in the chiefs division were projected to do so poorly. The chiefs should have 3 losses. The chargers should have won that game against them. Raiders had a better projected offense than the chiefs coming in. Broncos had the better projected defense than the chiefs coming in. I will admit the chiefs have a better coaching staff that has been together and they have a more poised offense because of the culture of winning. The chargers are disappointment. It is lucky though because all three of them were projected to have 3 or 4 wins by now. Some even picked raiders to go to the superbowl. The chiefs should have the toughest schedule. It shouldn't be a problem because it's the "chiefs" right?! And why did you say they were expected to do the worse?! No one thought that. Even all sports analysts have always put the chiefs on a high horse. Russ going to the broncos and adams going to the raiders was heavily overhyped. New team, new coach, and new system. Cmon. Russ was never top 3 qb in the league.
