Rewatch here again... Could CP have been there that night via FaceTime with KP videoing Sebastian having a meltdown? So, in a sense, CP could have actually been a witness to the whole thing? Just my thoughts.

The biggest reason nobody reported anything is simple , it boils down to people here in AMERICA have turned into self-serving pigs and don't care about anything but themselves and the police are too incompetant and self-serving themselves so you can't get justice only a decision . If you noticed how narcissistic everyone is that's involved with this investigation then you can wrap your mind around why are people pointing guilty fingers when people are still innocent till proven guilty !!!

Same here, I would stay there waiting on my son to possibly come back home. The fact that they are choosing to live in that RV makes me think she (they) can't handle actually being in that house due to what happened that night. 😢

Chris said HE didn’t remove any furniture from the home but what about Katie? She is strong and perfectly capable of moving furniture! No one is asking her direct questions and she was the last one to see Sebastian! Why are these questions not being addressed to her too? She even has a van to haul stuff!

Nobody is directly addressing kp with the hard questions because cp is running cover for her and not allowing it. LE needs to separate them and really interrogate them separately. It's almost 3 Mos in to this. It's time. So what if they lawyer up. They're not helping now as it is.

The mattress thing is so odd, why would he get a new mattress after Sebastian went missing. Chris proudfoot rants and raves all the time that people are accusing them but he makes himself look guilty. He has done some strange things and said some strange things as well . Chris loud, abusive nature is allowing Katie to hide & build a defense. If CP gave Katie an ultimatum Katie had a motive. One thing I truly think is the key is with Katie. Chris is distracting all of us & allowing Katie to hide. Katie has so much dirt on Chris to keep him involved if his alibi is really solid. Katie holds the key not Chris.

There’s absolutely no reason that a mattress should smell like urine. You can get a two pack of waterproof mattress pads at Walmart for like $20. Well one’s dirty the other one could be put on and switch them back-and-forth every night or put him in a diaper. Sounds like a lazy mother to me. I hope they find this baby boy it is just heartbreaking.

Apparently, the mattress issue and he sleeping in the garage is what he told his teachers and they reported it to CPS and from what I understand. The neighbors also reported to CPS.

@jendee1260 - that information was provided by CP in his lengthy interview with Terri. He discussed the CPS cases and that the most recent CPS visit was not due to the belt incident, but was due to teachers calling CPS to report Sebastian was being made to sleep in the garage.

I'd take it straight into the bedroom even if it had to sit against the wall dismantled, or perhaps it was for Sebstian to sleep on when punishment, Chris style, was required.

Child Protective Services fails ANOTHER CHILD !! Poor Sebastian. He gets up the nerve to tell a teacher something, and CPS grills Sebastian and walks away. HUGE FAIL!! Can’t they see there’s MORE to the story than the little bit of information the child gives in the beginning??!! How many times do kids have to suffer because they aren’t believed?!

Regarding the use of "ma'am", southern kids are taught at home and in school to say "ma'am" and "sir", and some grow up and continue to say it. If they don't say it, they get in trouble in school. Some of us don't enforce it at home, but we do teach them to say it outside the home to be considered polite. It's just a cultural thing.

What do you think about that photo? If that is Sebastian & the Proudfoots are involved in hiding him away, them & anyone who knows about it, it's still a crime. Kidnapping, false reports to the police, using all their resources. These people, if this is true are looking at jail time. I hope it is Sebastian because he would be alive.

Whether this is truth or not, on a RU-vid channel someone stated that Chris and Katie saw the photograph and they said no they didn’t think it was him. They also stated that Seth thought it could be. That’s not him. I know for a fact there are doppelgängers out there. I live in a town in Jersey that the next town is 1/8 mile from my house. Over the last 20 years, when I go into Kings food store 1/2 mile from my house, I would hear people call Angela, Angela hi. In the beginning, I didn’t answer. They would come up to me questioning why I was ignoring them. I told them my name wasn’t Angela. My name is Cindy. They actually thought I was pulling a prank. I finally asked one of them if they had a picture of this woman. When they showed me, it was like looking in a mirror. Head to toe. It’s funny and creepy at the same time. They say everyone has a doppelgänger somewhere. I just got to see a picture of mine. Personally, I absolutely don’t think that’s him. Chris brutalized that boy in ways that are disgusting and inconceivable to do to an adult, let alone an innocent young man. I wonder how many years he did that to him. No wonder he wet the bed. Poor Sebastian 💔😔.

@DrMelmo1, when I open my garage door, my neighbors can see what I have in it. Why would you think the neighbors can’t see what’s in the garage? Additionally, how do you know they weren’t hearing a child crying at night being made to sleep out there? They DID report it, multiple neighbors talked with CPS.

@@Stacey0909 no. The mattress or him sleeping in the garage was not reported to CPS. No neighbors called CPS to report it. The school reported to CPS about what Sebastian told them. What we need is factual information not people making up stuff.

Look one thing we know for sure this case has stunk from day 1 it is so similar to Summer wells and the police can’t solve that one either.

My opinion is Sebastian never made it home. Sebastian was taken to meet up with someone that would take him to Chris. There poor Sebastian meet his faith. Katie saw it. Than left knowing that CP has done things with another person to Sebastian. Sebastian was last seen on the 25th. She had more than twelve hours for him to disappear. KP made all those stories and ties so people will assume like im assuming that he ran away. Nope he never ran away. Like I said i want to know every step CP did from Friday night all the way to Monday morning. If people are connected to CPS, sheriff, LE department's. Those are red flags. If you got relatives that owned a funeral home or cemetery because where people owned funeral home are always connected to a cemetery. Too many red flags. Than they also have to consider the allegations of abused towards others children. People don't want to believe Nina but believe KP when it comes to Seth. So all of these things are wild. You just can't make these things up. Crazy world we live in.

I mentioned this several days ago, I'm glad someone listened to me. I think cp had her put him in the garage to sleep on the bed they kept in there for Sebastian when he peed his bed, and start the car. Then kept her on the phone to make sure she followed through.

If his mattress was soiled, and smelled, i could understand getting it out of their house. But. It was odd timing. If Sebastian was wetting the bed, THEY MAKE WATERPROOF MATTRESS COVERS.... so there is NO REASON his mattress should be soiled or smell.

Personally I am sick of hearing CP speak. His voice only makes me angry. This whole story has not made sense to me from Day 1! The various stories they have told adding more to it each time and the anger CP shows when questioned about certain things is very telling. Katie won't speak on her own either. Sebastian was under "her watch" when this occurred so she should be the one coming forward, no one else. This should not go away until Sebastian is found! We can't let this become a Cold Case. 🙏🙏🙏🙏💚💚💚💚 for Sebastian!!!

The mattress in the garage is the key JLR. Please keep on this case. The lights in the garage were reported going on and off that night. If Sebastian was in his bedroom, and KP on a 3hr call why would the lights come on and off. In her interview Nina said she asked CP 'about the cameras'. So did they have cameras or not! In missing persons cases the scene 'should be forensically' investigated immediately with Luminol etc. Prayers for Sebastian 💚🙏💚

Unfortunately i have experience wuth abusive parents/step parents and when i seen chris in Nancy grace the way he laughs after defending himself made the hair in the back of my neck stand up and the way they left town and have not been searching well... people don't look for something that isnt lost....i think he was fed up and made her get rid of him and that her family has him, the lady in the picture thats going around may not be her mom but definitely for sure ooojs enough like her tobe family, a cousin, second cousin, aunt and if not with them leaving town to taje him back to work that poor babies body could be anywhere 😢💚💚💚💚💚💚💚💚💚

The case with the body being missed in the attic is a uk case. The girl is called Tia Sharp. Also, it is very strange that chris collected the RV from the campsite. The priorities are so wrong when your son is missing. I wonder if collecting the RV was an excuse and he used that time to hide or get rid of Sebastian. Just speculating...

He keeps pointing authorities to the front door possibly because they are steering them away from investigating the garage. If he went out the front door wouldn't the dogs alert the mom? He possibly did not make it home the night before. Maybe he was given to someone on the way back home. They didn't realize this would become so big. Perhaps Katie got rid of the soiled mattress in the garage in the trash so no one would know that he had been sleeping in the garage . That’s why trash was heavy it was hauled to landfill . Then Chris got another mattress to put in garage to cover tracks . I still feel Sebastian never made it home from the Texas Road house. Chris and Katie had this planned . She either handed him off to someone or she did away with him . That Sunday was like a farewell party.

I raised 4 children, 2 are autistic, when I heard noise at bedtime, I didn't yell out, i got up and checked on them! IMO lazy parenting, on that part. If that even happened. I believe he's being hidden from CP and maybe from having to do online schooling with SR, which he didn't want to do. I just pray that he's alive and safe!

Love seeing the pictures of Sebastian being active and happy. Only seeing these types of pictures on JLR. The type of activities that he like cost money. That jersey that he has on cost approximately $150. Every activity that I have seen Sebastian involved in cost a lot of money. Someone loves him. Maybe Chris was jealous of the time and money that Katie spent on her son. Maybe he wanted the time and money that Katie spent on her son spent on his daughter.
